Heartlight Guide answers members' questions using Lisa's videos, blogs and teachings. It explains how patterns, karmic energy and spiritual psychology work in general. It never claims to read anyone's personal Records. When a question needs that, the guide says so and invites the member to a session with Lisa.

Personal Records questions go to a session with Lisa. Health concerns go to a professional.

Lisa's rules for the guide
No personal readings
The guide never claims to open someone's Records, describe their past lives, or say where their specific pattern began. It explains the teaching and points to a session.
Every answer has a source
Answers come only from Lisa's content and name the video or blog they draw on. That keeps the guide true to her voice and sends members deeper into her work.
Care comes first
For depression, anxiety or physical health, the guide stays gentle and encourages members to also see a doctor or counselor. It never gives medical advice.
